Standard Returns — 30 Days
You may return any unopened or opened FUGELYN product within 30 days of delivery, for any reason, for a full refund of the product price.
To start a return, contact us at support@fugelyn.com with your order number. We'll provide return instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within [X] business days.

Condition of returned items: Products should be returned in resellable condition where possible, but a product does not need to be unused or unopened to qualify for the 30-day return — this window is a no-questions-asked return right, not a guarantee conditioned on the product failing.
EU & UK Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are an EU or UK consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to give a reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (and the equivalent UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
FUGELYN's 30-day return window exceeds this legal minimum — EU and UK customers receive the full 30 days described above, which is more generous than what the law requires. Nothing in this policy limits or reduces your statutory withdrawal rights.
90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Effectiveness Guarantee)
Separately from the standard 30-day return window above, FUGELYN offers a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee on product effectiveness.
If you have used FUGELYN Rodent Repellent Pouches as directed for up to 90 days from your purchase date and are not satisfied with the results, contact Support@fugelyn.com with your order number. We will offer either:
- A full refund, or
- A free replacement,
at your choice, subject to the following:
- The guarantee applies to product used as directed (placement, replacement schedule, and quantity per the instructions included with your order)
- This guarantee is intended for first-time use of the product per household/property; it is not a recurring refund mechanism for repeat purchases
- [DECISION NEEDED: Do you require any proof of use — e.g., photos, a brief description of placement — before honoring a 90-day guarantee claim? Many DTC brands require this to prevent abuse. Recommend deciding this now rather than per-case.]
The 90-Day Guarantee is a goodwill commitment from FUGELYN on top of your standard legal return rights, not a replacement for them.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow [X] business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact Support@fugelyn.com within [X] days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you — this does not count against your standard return window.
